Vinyasa Flow is a 60 minute yoga practice that builds strength, flexibility, and mindfulness by linking movement and breath to create a sense of flowing from one pose to the next. We will have options for moving through a traditional “vinyasa” (or push-up-like sequence), as well as ways to flow without utilizing push-ups. This class allows for a slightly quicker pace where appropriate, and a more physically intense practice than the Gentle Yoga Flow. All levels welcome.
