My Dear Yoga Friends,
Welcome to the Yoga Newletter: Evolution Part III.
I want to begin by expressing my gratitude. THANK YOU all so much for supporting me and my work over these last nine years. I could not write without readers, and I could not teach without students. Thank you for showing up, for reading, for responding, for practicing. I’d like to offer a special thank you to a handful of local yogis who have encouraged me with great enthusiasm for well over a decade. I am in deep gratitude for you all and your practice.
And I’d love to invite you to come along with me to amysecrist.com. My old/new website, Love and Be Loved, is happily under construction and is in a mash-up phase of poetry stuff and yoga stuff. At this moment it is messy! But in the near future it will be the new hub supporting my work as a yoga, meditation, and writing teacher. It is my hope that this new site will encourage and support all people to experience the joys of yoga, meditation, writing – the joys of breathing and being human – for the highest good, the collective benefit of all.
You’re invited to share the story of your own yoga journey. I’d love to hear how you’ve grown, blossomed, and evolved over the years, the impact your practice has made in your life and in the world. I’m hoping to post a variety of stories over the next few months, so if you’d like to be a guest storyteller, let me know! Click this link to share now.
If you’d like to continue reading my blog and working with me in the future, visit amysecrist.com, scroll to the bottom, and sign up to follow.
For those of you who might be wondering, I’m thinking about places to hold in person classes again. So, sign up to follow and you’ll be the first to know. 🙂
This is my last and final post at The Catholic Yogi. Soon you’ll see a whole new vibe and a nuanced name change. There is still much work to be done, more welcoming, more discussing, more understanding, more celebrating. I’m excited to see this Catholic Yogi site grow and flourish into a vibrant and life-giving community, so stay tuned, stay engaged, and remember Dear Friends,
Amy ~ Universal Yogi
